Africa Center for Project Management is pleased to announce a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management.This is both an online and Distance Learning Course, which starts 1st of every month.

Overall Course Overview:
Operations management is the key to achieving competitiveness in any manufacturing or service industry. It addresses many aspects that an organization may face with respect to choice of products and manufacturing technology, utilization of capacity, maintenance of quality, costing and sourcing of materials and dealing with customers. It is a systematic approach to address all the issues pertaining to the transformation process that converts some inputs into output that are useful, and could fetch revenue to the organization.

Therefore to run any business profitably calls for all the operations and functions to be executed with utmost effectiveness. Innate ability to conduct business procedures and activities with competence, in order to execute within the given time and budget, demonstrates the job of an able operations manager. Controlling and coordinating between different departments, creating reports and analyzing them are the core business areas that can be classified as operations. Assignments
There are nine assignments (continuous assessment tests),research paper and one examination to be offered at the end of the course. Assignments account for 60%,research paper accounts for 30% while Examination accounts for 10% of the marks. Upon completion of the course you shall be issued with a Diploma Certificate and a course transcript.

Examination
Certificate and Transcripts will be sent after successful completion of the course.
