World Vision is looking for a dynamic person to fill the position of Food Monitor (Man or Woman) in its Juba POC 3 Project, based in Juba.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To assist in capturing data , filling Supply Chain documents and processing payments of good and services , management of information between vendors and projects in order to meet the organizations program and projects implementation requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capturing accurately all PRF, LPO, GRN, GRV, invoices into monthly Saving Tracking Tool, of all items procured (services or goods) and making sure the report accurately reflects the savings in any particular month;
- Updating and consolidating the PRF tracker from zones and submit to Supply Chain Manager on a weekly basis;
- Prepare payment vouchers with accurate supporting LPO/Contract, GRN, GRV, Delivery note, Completion of job certificate, bid analysis and all relevant data;
- Ensuring that the vouchers are approved and recorded before submission to Finance department for payments;
- Track all payment for suppliers and maintain a record of payment;
- Maintaining proper filing of SCM documentations for record and reference purposes;
- Maintain contracts register and LPO register;
- Carrying out physical inventory in the stores and warehouse;
- Execute any other task as and when assigned by the supervisor.
N.B: This position is open to National South Sudaneses only.
N.B: The incumbent of this position will not be a relocatable staff.
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or management with a major in Logistics or in a related field.
• Must at least have 1 years of working experience leading a logistics and procurement team in a demanding work environment, preferably with an International NGO
• Good presentation and communication skills for a number of different audiences.
• Good time management and organizational skills: Able and willing to meet deadlines and agreed objectives
• Strong willingness to meet the customers’ (clients) needs, while balancing the organization’s needs and priorities
• Understands and is committed to WV’s vision, mission and core values
