Community Engagement Network (CEN) is a South Sudan-based organization dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between communities, humanitarian actors, and development partners. Established to address the pressing challenges faced by conflict-affected and vulnerable populations, CEN prioritizes inclusive participation, empowerment, and collaboration as the cornerstones of its operations.
