The training program has been designed with a holistic capacity building approach to empower course participants to achieve competency in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation and Microsoft Project knowledge. The knowledge and skills acquired in this training are critical in managing development and humanitarian donor projects. This allows the training participants to apply the knowledge and skills in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Microsoft Project to meet the project, organizational and donor requirements and conditions while successfully completing the projects.
