INVITATION OF BIDS FOR WATER PROJECT- NIMULE PARISH
Fondation Caritas Luxembourg (FCL) is an International Non-Governmental Organization operating within Imotong State, Kapoeta State and Jubek State. FCL is implementing an emergency project: Emergency 2017-2018 Health Care for IDPs of Melijo Camp in Nimule. The Global objective is to Provide basic and emergency health care to the internally displaced persons (IDPs) and the host community in the city of Nimule and Melijo camp in Pageri County (formerly Magwi County).

Key tasks & responsibilities
FCL is planning to install water system at Nimule which will be motorized by solar power from existing borehole and therefore we inviting competent and reputable bidders to submit their quotation as soon as possible.
- Assess the feasibility to use existing electrified pump borehole at St. Patrick Parish Nimule and therefore there shall be no need to drill new borehole.
- Erect two (2) Galvanized water 5000 litres water tanks ,with overflow pipe each (from one tank to another is 400-500 meters).
- Elevated steel tower with climbing ladder for each tank for minimum 5 metres from ground.
- Supply of water from those tanks using HDPE water pipes to the nearby three (3) villages about half a kilometre (km).
- Construction of 1 (one) water point with drainage channel.
- Installation of solar panels to be used with existing electric water pump
- The bidder has to verify the pressure capacity and the quantity of water of the existing borehole before installation.

- Registered companies and authorized to operate in South Sudan. (no broker)
- Wide experience in water drilling and installations within South Sudan
- Reference from other 2 NGOs or other companies, beneficiaries
- Competitive price
- Best Technical offer (with Photo, design)
- Duration of implementation and availability
- The modality of payment and related terms( conditions)|
Deadline of submission*|The deadline for the submission of bids will be on 3rd August 2018 at 11:00 am. Late submission will be subject to disqualification.
Notification of the results: Only successful binder will be contacted, if you don’t receive communication within two (2) weeks after the date of deadline consider yourself unsuccessful.
