We are one of a select few Accounting consulting firms in the country, selling, implementing and support QuickBooks and its related products. Eskallde-Advisors help businesses learn, use and customize QuickBooks so they can continue to grow and thrive with the QuickBooks services they need for their businesses.

QuickBooks® Accounting Software
QuickBooks® accounting software is the most user friendly and economical accounting system on the market today. This software is ideal for small businesses with under 50 employees and annual revenues of less than five million dollars. You do the majority of your bookkeeping as you write checks and record receipts on a daily basis. With QuickBooks® you know if you’re making or losing money instantly. There’s no need to understand accounting jargon like debits, credits or postings. Leave that to us!
How We Work With You
With all new clients, whether you need specific project work or ongoing services, we begin with an initial needs assessment. This initial conversation is at no charge and is simply our way of getting to know you and your business a little better, determine what types of services you are seeking, and to help you get to know us.
The initial assessment is typically followed by a one-hour General Ledger Review and consultation to fully identify your needs and recommend a scope of work and solutions to effectively meet your goals and budget. The results of the review and the identified solutions are documented and provided, whether or not you decide to engage our services further.
Prior to any engagement for services with Eskallade Technology, a detailed scope of work and service agreement is drafted for the client to review and accept.

Quick Payroll is designed to meet the needs of small-to-medium sized organizations that wish to automate their payroll requirements and ensure compliance. Quick Payroll maintains a monthly register of employees, each with relevant payments and deductions.

Will QuickBooks® pay my bills?
Yes. Entering your bills is so easy and it allows you to sort your bills by due date or vendor to help you decide who to pay first. Accounts payable reports, like all other QuickBooks® reports, are available with the click of your mouse and can be created for any date you choose. Once your vendor information is entered, vendor names and addresses will print on the checks, enabling you to use window envelopes rather than writing out or typing envelopes.
Will QuickBooks® keep my checkbook up-to-date?
Yes. Provided you enter your transactions on a daily basis, your bank balances will automatically be updated after each transaction. QuickBooks® also has a reconciliation feature that saves time compared to reconciling your bank statement manually each month.

How long would it take to get QuickBooks® up and running for my business?
Depending on the size of your business and how quickly you can gather the information to get your company set up, on average it would take 2 to 3 days to set up your company information, e.g. chart of accounts, payroll information, customized invoicing and beginning balances. Training normally takes 6 to 8 hours, usually in 3 to 4 hour blocks.
I am already using QuickBooks®. What can Eskallade Technology do for me?
We can review your chart of accounts and transaction history to see that QuickBooks® has been set up properly for tax purposes and according to Financial Accounting Standards, if necessary. We can also help you customize forms and reports to best suit your needs or train you about software features you may not be using because you don’t quite understand them yet.
Do I still need my accountant?
Of course we’re not going to say no, but we do hope QuickBooks® will help you manage your company or non- profit organization more efficiently. We will always be here to assist you with any accounting, payroll or tax services you desire, but we see our role changing from "number cruncher" to business consultant. One of our goals is to help you achieve your goals as a business. Customizing QuickBooks® to fit your needs is an excellent way to do that.
