PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS
SOS Children’s Villages South Sudan office intends to undertake a comprehensive update of its register of suppliers for various goods and services for the fiscal years 2018/2019. Interested eligible suppliers are invited to apply for prequalification, indicating the category of goods or services they wish to supply. Existing suppliers who wish to be retained must also reapply and resubmit up to date information requested in the pre-qualification document

Interested firms may obtain Pre-qualification/Registration of suppliers’ documents from the Procurement office situated in SOS Children’s Villages South Sudan National Coordination office located about 300 meters away from UNHAS Office located adjacent to Transit Hotel off Juba Airport Road
Completed set of documents sealed in a plain envelope and clearly marked ‘PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE YEARS 2018/2019 and indicating Item number should be posted to the address given below or be dropped into the Tender Box situated at our Security office.

The closing date will be 28 February 2018 at 17hours. Documents submitted after the closing date and time will be rejected. Quotations will in future be sought from only the prequalified suppliers per the category applied and prequalified.
SOS Children’s Villages South Sudan reserves the right to accept or reject an application and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
