About the role
Christian Aid is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong background in nutrition, food security and programme management. You will be part of a dedicated and dynamic team that is committed to using integrated approach in delivery programmes with deep and big impact. Among your priority will be to roll-out the programme with partner organizations across the two programme areas. You will support partners with development project specific work plans, develop your accompaniment and field monitoring plan to match with key programme implementation timeline and proactively provide support to the partners throughout the project management cycle while ensuring strong programme-wide coordination, synergy, knowledge and information sharing among partners. You will ensure strong compliance with donor requirements on reporting and budget management. You will be expected to embrace digital M&E across the programme and work closely with the M&E Officer to ensure quality and learnings. With ambitious growth plans for the next three to five years, you will be charged with liaison with the Programme Funding Manager, Country Manager and Senior Programme Manager in ensuring the continuity of the programme beyond the current funding period. You will contribute positively to the overall well-being of the office and be active participants in matters pertaining to the overall country programme in the office.

About you
You are an innovative and experienced with partner-based approach, with a track record of managing sizeable and diverse partner portfolio of programme. You will be able to systematically support partners throughout project cycle with implementation, monitoring as well as documenting learnings for the purposes of ensuring adaptive programme. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of nutrition and food security framework and approaches. Your strong technical and managerial background and team-building skills will be matched by your interpersonal skills and abilities to contribute to wider aspect of the country office programme. You are confident operating in a large complex organisation.
