About Project Management Course
Project Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet or exceed performance objectives of cost, scope, quality and schedule requirements. It enhances effectiveness, efficiency, accountability and responsibility in project work through the integrated nine project management knowledge areas, principles of project management and phases of the project cycle.
