NGO financial management training in Juba, May 2016

Dear forum members,

We are returning to Juba in May 2016 to deliver more of our award-winning financial management training. We are delivering two courses, designed to help both programme and finance staff to manage their NGOs’ funds with confidence:

Getting the financial management basics right (ES1): www.mango.org.uk/SSES1 - 9 to 13 May 2016 (5 days)
This course is perfect for NGO staff involved in programme planning, implementation and support. It covers all the skills needed to set up strong finance systems and procedures, create project budgets, keep basic accounts, and prepare and read financial reports.

Planning for financial sustainability (ST1): www.mango.org.uk/SDT1 - 16 to 18 May 2016 (3 days)
For NGO managers, this course looks at the more strategic aspects of NGO financial management. Discover the tools and know-how to create a long-term plan for your NGO’s financial continuity and security.

Early and group booking discount available
Book your place at least 8 weeks in advance and you will benefit from the lower, early booking course fee. A 5% discount is available when you book 3 or more places on any of these courses. For more information about course fees please follow links on the course pages above.

Financial support available for local NGOs
A limited number of bursary places are available on these courses for small, local NGOs. For more information about the bursary scheme and to apply, please see our website in the ‘Help with fees’ section.
