We are returning to Juba in December 2015 to deliver more of our award-winning financial management training. We are delivering three courses, designed to help both programme and finance staff to manage their NGOs’ funds with confidence:

Getting the financial management basics right (ES1): www.mango.org.uk/SSES1 - 7 to 11 December 2015 (5 days)
This course is perfect for NGO staff involved in programme planning, implementation and support. It covers all the skills needed to set up strong finance systems and procedures, create project budgets, keep basic accounts, and prepare and read financial reports.

Keeping your donors happy (WD1): www.mango.org.uk/SSWD1 - 14 to 15 December 2015 (2 days)
For NGO staff who are new to managing donor contracts and funds. It covers key principles and good practice through all stages of the grant management process to ensure successful stakeholder relationships and that grants are used correctly.

Planning for financial sustainability (ST1): www.mango.org.uk/SDT1 - 16 to 18 December 2015 (3 days)
For NGO managers, this course looks at the more strategic aspects of NGO financial management. Discover the tools and know-how to create a long-term plan for your NGO’s financial continuity and security.
