The dates have been have been moved closer because there have been a number of concerns of reporting periods and so the training have been moved to closer to 28 June-1 July 2016. This is for people that would want to know if their programs made a difference in a methodological way. As entrenched in the M&E cannons, there is a way of measuring the impact/the change wrought about by the program.
