Diploma in Effective Management of Projects and Organizations
Africa Institute for Project Management Studies (AIPMS) is pleased to announce a Diploma in Effective Management of Projects and Organizations. The course is offered through Distance Learning for six months from 1st November 2017 to 30th April 2018.

Africa Institute for Project Management Studies (www.africadevelopmentresources.org2) is an organization that was founded in 1999 as a capacity building expert and a development think tank that proposes solutions for development problems facing third world countries .
We have delivered timely and professional capacity building services to a wide variety of organizations in the development sector. These include donor organizations, government agencies, co-funding agencies, International and local NGOs, government agencies and private sector firms. We have conducted successful programmes for many organizations.
Overview
In this Diploma Course the following modules are covered:
• Module 1. Project Cycle Management (PCM).
• Module 2. Organizational Governance and Development (OG).
• Module 3. Human Resource Management (HRM)
• Module 4. Strategic Planning (SP)
• Module 5. Project Design, Planning and Proposal Writing (PDPW)
• Module 6. Fundraising (FR)
• Module 7. Monitoring and Evaluation
• Module 8. Leadership and Management
• Module 9. Project Management
Exercises
After they have read the material for each unit, students are expected to test their own Learning by completing some relevant exercises and tasks.
Assignments
In order to demonstrate their understanding of the course content, students will be required to submit Ten assignments and One Examination
Certificate
Diploma Certificate and Transcript will be issued on successful completion of the course.
