Tearfund is calling for interested contractors to submit proposals for the construction of a two-stance latrine in Mabior, Twic East, Jonglei area. Interested contractors may collect the complete tender dossier from Tearfund’s Juba country office in Hai Jerusalem near the Juba Teaching Hospital.

Nature of notice: Tearfund is seeking a suitable qualified/experienced construction company based in South Sudan to complete the Construction of a two stance VIP latrine at Maar PHCC in Pakeer Payam, Twic East County, Jonglei state
Bid document: The bid documents can be issued to all interested bidders from 30 January 2018 to 6 February 2018 at the Tearfund offices in Hai Jerusalem, Juba near Juba Teaching Hospital or at the Tearfund office in Mabior, Twic East County, Jonglei State during the working days and hours (8:30am-4:30pm) South Sudan local time.
Submission of bid documents: The bid documents should be submitted in a sealed stamped envelope clearly indicating the Tender Ref. TF- SS-2017-0710(TE) and written “Only to be open in a tender meeting after 6 FEB 2018 on the envelope. Bids may only be submitted as hand delivery to the Tearfund offices mentioned above. Note that email submissions will not be considered.
Closing date: Tender application documents may be submitted at either office noted above (Juba & Mabior) until 4:30pm on Tuesday, 6 February 2018. This is the deadline for submissions.
